Role Overview

The successful candidate will form part of the eCommerce solution team at STRATAGEMS, delivering industry leading solutions to our customers and developing our own internal strategic React tools.

This engineer will work in an agile delivery team to drive engineering deliverables, with close engagement with stakeholders building solutions on a modern technology stack. The working language is English.

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Responsible for deliverables, including eCommerce coding and React & Node.js development.
• Conduct unit and integration testing; deploy applications.
• Document the software development process.
• Adhere to programming standards for effective delivery.
• Provide technical support and assist colleagues.
• Contribute to development best practices.

Required Experience

• Proficient in cloud-native, event-driven, micro-services architectures.
• 5+ years in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript(ES6) development.
• Skilled in cloud solutions (AWS, GCP), HTML5, CSS3, LESS/SASS, and GraphQL.
• Capable of writing and documenting clean, reusable code.
• Experienced in Test Driven Development (TDD) with tools like Jasmine, Selenium, Playwright.
• Independent, results-driven worker.
• Adaptable and positive under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
